Return Policy

Bedphones and Versafit:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Bedphones/Versafit headphones for any reason, and purchased them directly from DubsLabs (not from a reseller) send them back to the address listed below within 30 days for a full refund. Inside the return package, please include your name, order number, and reason for return (for future improvements). Please do not send Bedphones/Versafit to the fulfillment center return address on your package. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging. 

Weighted Blanket, Adjustable Pillow, and Sleep Mask:

Item can be returned within 30 days of purchase if item is in new condition, unwashed, and in original packaging. Subject to 80% refund if item is determined "used" when returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging.

Warranty

NOTE: All sellers on Amazon are UNAUTHORIZED to sell DubsLabs products and we therefore cannot provide warranty assistance for products purchased on Amazon.

Bedphones and Versafit:

Each pair of Bedphones/Versafit purchased from our store or one of our authorized retailers comes with a one-year warranty. Simply send us an e-mail detailing your warranty request, and please include your place of purchase, name, purchase date, and order number. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Weighted Blanket, Adjustable Pillow, and Sleep Mask:

30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. After 30 days, any issues such as threading will be considered as due to normal use and not covered. Simply send us an e-mail detailing your warranty request, and please include your place of purchase, name, purchase date, and order number. We will respond as quickly as we can.
