Gridded double stitching keeps the blanket’s glass micro-beads evenly distributed across your body -- creating “deep touch pressure stimulation”. The perfectly distributed weight is specially designed to encourage the natural systems of the body towards restfulness. This blanket acts somewhat like a slow massage throughout the night to increase serotonin & melatonin, decrease cortisol, and hug you all night long. Size is 72” x 48”. This is approximately the size of a throw. Each blanket is sized to fit one person generously. 48” is in between the width of a twin and full sized bed.
How much weight should I choose for my blanket?
Our weighted blankets are designed to be approximately 10% of your body weight.
- 15 lb blanket: 100+ pounds
- 20 lb blanket: 180+ pounds
