Eating Dinner Before Noon

Bryan Johnson is a popular life extension researcher (guinea pig) / Youtuber with over a million subscribers, who I've been following for some time now. What I love about Brian is that he is OBSESSED with anti-aging and optimizing his lifestyle. It probably won't come as a surprise that one of Bryan's main focuses is sleep.  Brian even says:

"..in 2023 I achieved the world’s best recorded sleep score, 8 months of 100% perfect sleep." - Bryan Johnson

Okay Brian, you have our attention! He recently put out this 11 minute video summarizing the most important lifestyle changes he's made to optimize his sleep. I watched it and thought it was too good not to share with our DubsLabs friends. 

The biggest thing that stands out to me is eating dinner at 11:30AM. That's something I'll probably never achieve, but I have been making an effort to stop eating at least a few hours before bed and the results are promising. Do any of these tips resonate with you? Reply back and let us know!
